Tessell supports cross-region automated snapshots for Oracle using the Availability Machine. When this feature is enabled, the snapshots and archived log backups captured and retained in the source region (where your primary instance resides) are automatically replicated to a second region. The Availability Machine app maintains snapshots and archived logs according to your chosen backup retention period to enable point-in-time restore (PITR) and cloning capabilities in the destination region.
