If a customer runs out of credits, by default Tessell charges the customer’s payment option on file when a new bill is generated. If a payment option has not been provided with Tessell, the customer will no longer be able to create new entities or utilize existing ones. For instance, if a database service ‘CRMDB’ has already been created, the customer can browse the service and Availability Machine details, including snapshots. However, a DB service snapshot cannot be used to create a new clone. Additionally, the creation of new services is also blocked. Further restrictions may also apply, like modifying existing services and more.
