Tessell offers two types of support.
Ticketing Support. This is a traditional way of reaching out to Tessell by creating a support ticket.
Conversational Support. A modern way of connecting with the Tessell support team via a live chat.
Ticketing
Below are simple steps to raise a ticket from the Tessell GUI.
Click on "Report a Problem" at the bottom left corner.
This would automatically capture the screenshot of the current page and present a dialog for you.
Provide a subject that would help the Tessell support team understand the problem.
Providing a description is not mandatory but some more details would definitely be more helpful.
You can also edit the screenshot to highlight the problem.
Chat
In order to chat live with Tessell support, follow the below steps.
Click on the "Get Started" button at the bottom right corner.
This will open up the Tessell resource center. Click on the chat icon in the bottom right corner of the resource center.
That will open a chat box where you can send a message to Tessell to start a live chat.
