How to create a ticket in Tessell

Tessell offers two types of support.

  • Ticketing Support. This is a traditional way of reaching out to Tessell by creating a support ticket.

  • Conversational Support. A modern way of connecting with the Tessell support team via a live chat.


Below are simple steps to raise a ticket from the Tessell GUI.

  • Click on "Report a Problem" at the bottom left corner.

This would automatically capture the screenshot of the current page and present a dialog for you.

  • Provide a subject that would help the Tessell support team understand the problem.

  • Providing a description is not mandatory but some more details would definitely be more helpful.

  • You can also edit the screenshot to highlight the problem.


In order to chat live with Tessell support, follow the below steps.

  • Click on the "Get Started" button at the bottom right corner.

  • This will open up the Tessell resource center. Click on the chat icon in the bottom right corner of the resource center.

  • That will open a chat box where you can send a message to Tessell to start a live chat.
